Layaways - Selman's offers interest free layaway. Items may be placed on layaway with a deposit of 20%. Layaways are allowed to be left on layaway for 120 days, but we understand that if you need to layaway a big purchase we can extend these terms. Refunds on layaway deposits will be issued in the form of store credit only and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Diamond Upgrade Policy - Any single diamond purchased from Selman's larger than 0.25ct may be traded in for credit for the original purchase price on any future single diamond purchase upon meeting the following conditions: (1) The diamond must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and be accompanied by any original reports and/or certificates.

IN-STORE PURCHASES In-store purchases are accepted for in-store credit or exchange ONLY if the item(s) is returned in its original condition within 15 days from date of purchase. Our 14 day return policy for purchases made between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will be extended until January 10th of the subsequent calendar year. Please be aware that returned items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Special ordered or custom-made jewelry, including engraved items, cannot be returned either.
